By Road:
From the A303
Take the A372 signposted Langport and Street. Follow this road for a short distance and then take the second turning right onto the B3151 signposted Somerton and Street. Follow the road for a short distance round a sharp right hand bend and down the hill. At the bottom of the hill take the main left hand turn signposted Somerton up the hill. At the top of the hill turn left at the mini roundabout to go into the town centre for parking or straight over towards Langport. Follow this road round to the left and then turn right at the mini roundabout into Langport Road. Take the first left into West End (please note that this is a tight turn), Maypole Knapp House can be found about 300 metres on the left. The gallery is at the rear of the house.
From the M5
Leave the M5 at junction 23 sign posted Bridgewater, Street & Wells.
Follow the A39 towards Street. Drive through Ashcott on the A39 and take the third turning right signposted Somerton.
Follow this road until the T junction and then turn right to Somerton. Follow this road through Compton Dundon and Littleton. Follow the road under the railway bridge and then turn right into Somerton. At the top of the hill turn left at the mini roundabout to go into the town centre for parking or straight over towards Langport. Follow this road round to the left and then turn right at the mini roundabout into Langport Road. Take the first left into West End (please note that this is a tight turn), Maypole Knapp House can be found about 300 metres on the left. The gallery is at the rear of the house.

Public Transport:
Somerton is served well by buses from Bristol, Wells, Street and Yeovil. The nearest station is Castle Cary where taxis are available. We are about a 20 minute taxi drive away from the station.
